Yum Yum Hummous

I just purchased some of the best tasting curry hummous the is gluten free, low calorie, low fat and no GMO.  You can't beat that and it is DELISH!  I tried some as I was walking in to MOM Market and they had free sample of a few of the flavors; Vampire Slayer Curry, Old Bay, Black Truffle,  and Asian Fire.  I absolutely loved the curry hummous and purchased it.

Blake Wollman became inspired to make wild flavor hummous while working at his restaurant, The Desert Cafe. Drawing on the practices of more traditional hummous back in 2003, Blake created his own techniques to make hundreds of flavors of hummous that range from the savory side to the oh so sweet side.

Each batch of The Wild Pea hummous is carefully tended to; each flavor artfully achieved with fresh ingredients found locally as well as exotics from around the world. All of The Wild Pea hummous is handcrafted in Blake's production kitchen in Baltimore, Maryland. The Wild Pea is owned and operated by Blake Wollman. With help from his family and a small team, they make every batch of hummous that is served in local farmers markets and specialty shops in Baltimore or shipped to doorsteps nationwide.

Finally PB2 In My Life

Hello My FitHealthySouls,

I finally purchased PB2 peanut butter.  I the PB2 got from Big Lots for $4.00.   I'm really eager to try it since it got great reviews to add to smoothie and use as regular peanut butter.

I'll probably start off using in my daily smoothies for my husband and myself.
I just got a suggestion from a Facebook fans to use Sun Warrior Raw Vegan Vanilla Protien with PB2.  I can't wait to try this in my smoothie.  Stay tuned...

NutriBullet Way of Living

Hello My FitHealthySouls,

Today, I made a smoothie using my BFF the NutriBullet Pro.  Wow, I really love this nutrient extractor.  I even impressed my husband with the NutriBullet after I made a smoothie using spinach.

I'm just a beginner with using the NutriBullet but I soon learned to embrace it and don't be afraid of the NutriBullet Pro. lol

So my smoothie was made the following ingredients:
1 handful of Spinach
1 apple
1/2 avocado
2tsp Greek yogurt or to you taste
I tapp of honey (raw) optional
1/2 cup of almond/coconut milk
Fil the rest with water to the max line.

I will say I wish I had added a banana.  Well next time.  More wonderful healthy smoothies to come...
